FAQ
Do guests need to download anything?
No. Guests scan the QR code on the table and the menu, booking and rewards card open right away. If they don’t have Telegram, it installs in a minute.
Do you take a commission on orders?
No. You pay once for the setup and monthly for the server; all orders and guests are yours.
How do staff receive orders?
In a Telegram group with “Accept” and “Done” buttons. The guest gets order updates as messages.
Who updates the menu and prices?
You do, in the admin panel on your phone: menu, prices, sold-out items, offers and broadcasts.
How long does the launch take?
Usually a few days: we upload your menu and design, set up the features, and you put the QR signs on the tables and at the counter.
